DanteDMS came from a real frustration — a dealership manager who decided operational chaos isn't inevitable.
What a workday looked like before

Cristian — Co-founder
I spent 7 years as a business and IT process analyst. I implemented systems, mapped workflows, eliminated friction. At the remarketing department, after I restructured the operational and sales processes, results doubled. It wasn't magic — it was visibility and structure.
Then I actually ran a car dealership. And I hit a reality I didn't expect: this industry was running on pre-digital habits. Stock in an Excel. Prices in another file. Listings updated manually per platform. Leads logged wherever each consultant had the energy.
At month-end, to find the real margin on a car, I had to reconcile data from 4–5 different places. Sometimes I found out I'd lost money on a deal only after I was already in the next one.
As a process analyst, I couldn't accept that. It wasn't bad luck — it was the absence of a system. And systems can be built.
“If the right processes can double results at a remarketing department, why isn't there software that enforces good processes for a car dealer?”

The field perspective
I'm a sales consultant at the same dealership. While Cristian saw the problem from above — processes, margins, reports — I lived it from another angle: every client lost because I didn't know where I stood with them, every day wasted entering data in three different apps instead of being with the customer.
When DanteDMS started taking shape and I actually used it, the first thing I noticed was that I stopped forgetting anyone. Every lead had a clear status, a scheduled follow-up, a car attached. I knew exactly where each client was in the pipeline.
The second thing: negotiation changed. When you know the real margin before you sit down — not at month-end, but in real time — you negotiate completely differently. You're not selling from gut feeling. You're selling from data.
I realized then that this was missing across the whole industry, not just with us. And that it needed to reach every dealer.
